We manage a staff upwards of 200 flaggers in the field every day -- and we do our best to keep everyone happy, safe, trained, and challenged. In fact, we recently completed a work satisfaction survey of our flaggers here at Crews Control to help us improve the quality of our operation.
We wanted to share some of the results of our questionnaire concerning the day in the life of a Crews Control flagger:
believe they have all of the tools and training they need to succeed at Crews Control.
believes that Crews Control fosters a supportive and open work environment.
see themselves working for Crews Control on a long-term basis, beyond one year.
